Safe Haven Children’s Services Inc. (SHCS) is a Residential Treatment Foster care service. SHCS is licensed under The Ministry of Children and Youth Services, that focuses on and specializes in placing behavioural, developmental, and emotionally high needs children and adolescents with nurturing, supportive and trained families.
